Rick,

I was in HqCo from September 1967 until about February 1968 as Equipment Officer and then Commanding Officer but I don't remember your brother's name.  Headquarters Company personnel and most of their assets like Communicators, Corpsmen, Cooks, Dump Trucks and Engineer Equipment were there to support the "Letter" companies in the Battalion so many of the Headquarters guys were detached and living with other companies a lot.  The only reason I would have known his name would have been if he had gotten in any trouble, did something heroic or was wounded or killed.

Not a very good answer but it's the best I can do.  Later, as CO of B Co, I worked more closely every day with the men and remember most of them.

  My name is Rick Davis, looking for info on my brother-Roger Davis.
 
Looking for anyone that might have known him, his name was Roger Davis he served with “B” Company and also “Hq” Company both with the 7tn Eng Bn. from 67 to 69.
