The Incident Report did not make the trip in reference to Cpl. William Embry
KIA. Due to the contents of said report being within a picture format, here
it is, typed out below.

060915H               Company "B" mine sweep team fell into an ambush of
BT 053597

10 (105mm) rounds strung in trees. Command deton-

ated. 3 USMC KIA, 4 ARVN KIA, 1 KMC KIA, 7 USMC 

WIA, 3 ARVN WIA.
